Ceylon Cinnamon Quills
Cinnamomum verum
Sri Lanka is the home of true cinnamon. Unlike thick cassia, Ceylon quills are many paper-thin layers of pale bark, rolled by hand after the morning peel. The cup is sweet, floral and gently woody — the spice that built the island’s trade. We supply Alba through H2 grades, cut quills and chips, packed for export or local wholesale.
Low coumarin. Available as quills, cuts, chips and powder on request.
