Green Cardamom

Elettaria cardamomum

Cardamom is one of the spices TMS Agri is known for. Pods are picked young so they keep their colour, then dried to protect the black seeds inside. The aroma is eucalyptus, lemon peel and sweet resin — the finishing spice in both savoury and confectionery work. Whole pods and decorticated seed available.
