Nutmeg

Myristica fragrans

Each fruit yields two spices. The seed, dried in the shell then cracked, is nutmeg: warm, sweet and slightly woody. We offer whole nuts in size grades and kibbled material for grinding. Sound kernels, low defect, packed against humidity for long sea freight.
